When will my order ship?
All in-stock yarn ships in 1-2 business days. Dyed to Order yarn typically ships in 2 weeks or less. If your order contains both in-stock and dyed to order items, your entire order will ship when the dyed-to-order items ship. I will alert you if the turnaround time changes.
How do I return my order?
Only in-stock yarn is returnable. Please contact me prior to returning your product. Items returned within 14 days in original skein-form and original packaging are eligible for a refund less a 10% restocking fee. The 14 day return period starts the day your yarn has been delivered to your door. Caked, balled, or otherwise wound yarn is not eligible for return. The customer is responsible for all return postage and shipping charges are not eligible for refund. ALL DYED TO ORDER AND ECLIPSE SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REFUND.
How do I exchange my order?
I do not offer exchanges at this time. If you are unhappy with your order, please refer to the returns section.
My package is lost, what do I do?
If your package is lost, please contact your mail carrier. Once orders have been shipped, they become the responsibility of the customer. Although I will do my best to help you resolve your missing package, please note that Sunset Fiber Company is NOT responsible for lost packages. Please make sure your address is correct prior to purchase. If your package is returned due to insufficient address you, the customer, will receive an invoice for second postage and your order will not be shipped until the postage is paid.
